1. Agreement
   By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
   We aim to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment
   All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed before shipment.

4. Shipping
   Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds
   You have 14 days after delivery to request a return by contacting us at ERFSSUPPORT@gmail.com.
   Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
   We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranty & Liability
   We inspect all products before shipping but are not liable for damages caused after delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property
   All designs, logos, and content on this site are our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
